To bring these systems to market efficiently, WTT needed a production partner that could deliver fully assembled, high-quality skids—built to precise specifications and ready to be installed directly into their composting installations. The units required robust construction, reliable integration of process components, and strict quality control to ensure long-term durability in demanding environments.
NieuweWeme took on the series production of WTT’s composting skids, ensuring each unit was mechanically and electrically assembled to the highest standards. The skids were built with precise process piping, aeration systems, valves, electrical cabinets, and instrumentation, all fully integrated to function as plug-and-play components in WTT’s larger installations.
Our team coordinated closely with WTT engineers to optimize the production process and implement minor design-for-manufacturing improvements—without compromising WTT’s technology or IP. All fabrication, welding, assembly, and testing were performed in-house, allowing for short communication lines, consistent quality, and scalable output.
