About us

Your responsibilities as a QHSE Coordinator

  • Developing and securing a strong culture where collaboration and safety are central.
  • Formulating and implementing quality policy together with management.
  • Coaching and motivating colleagues to elevate quality and safety standards.
  • Taking the lead in improving processes, techniques, and working methods.
  • Playing an active role in prevention policy, identifying risks, and advising management.
  • Responsible for the Integrated Management System, certifications, risk assessments, quality control in projects, and audits (internal/external).
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality and safety.

/ Senior professional

You have extensive experience in mechanical engineering (engineering & production) and quality management. You are familiar with welding standards, Eurocodes, PED, and low-voltage directives. Experience with continuous improvement is a plus.

/ Education & certification

At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, supplemented with training in quality management, Green Belt (preferred), prevention officer, and VCA VOL certification.

/ Personality

You are a natural connector with a pragmatic mindset. With a healthy dose of likeability, humor, and perspective, you create a positive and constructive atmosphere.
