NieuweWeme is seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and improving electrical systems and installations. In the first year, you’ll lead the development of a new rectifier system for hydrogen production.
At NieuweWeme, you’ll join a close-knit and driven team where craftsmanship, quality, and collaboration come first. We work on challenging projects in a growing industry and have a clear strategy: to excel in complex and high-end technologies. As a QHSE Manager, you play a crucial role in this development.
Your focus is not only on further professionalizing our organization, but also on safeguarding the safety and well-being of Team NieuweWeme. You ensure that everyone goes home safely and satisfied at the end of the day. This is a role where your expertise, vision, and leadership truly make a difference.
You have experience in electrical engineering or mechatronics and work with precision according to standards like NEN1010 and NEN3140. Proficiency in EPLAN is essential; experience with AutoCAD and ProPanel is a plus.
You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Certifications like VCA VOL and knowledge of safety regulations give you an edge.
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You’re solution-oriented, hands-on, and stay calm under pressure.
You’re comfortable working with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. You listen well, align expectations, and ensure commitments are met.
Great! We’d love to get to know you. At NieuweWeme, we believe in a personal approach — so we’d rather invite you straight in for a conversation
